          • Product delivery is contingent on stock availability. If an item is unavailable, ShuptoFashion.com may cancel or fulfill the order within 5 to 20 working days.<\/li>
          • Customers can choose to wait for the product to be restocked, with the order remaining in a processing or hold status for up to 30 days.<\/li>
          • If an advance payment was made and the order is canceled due to unavailability, a full refund will be processed within 1 to 10 working days (excluding cashback adjustments, if applicable).<\/li>
          • If a customer cancels an order after payment, an online gateway transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.<\/li>
          • For some vendor products, advance payment is mandatory. Orders may be canceled if the payment is not received.<\/li><\/ul>

            • ShuptoFashion.com reserves the right to deliver or cancel any order.<\/li>
            • Customers may cancel their orders if they disagree with the terms of same or next-day delivery.<\/li><\/ul>

                Product Delivery Policy:<\/h3>

                Some ShuptoFashion parcels will be delivered in closed boxes, meaning payment must be made upfront before receiving the package. At the time of delivery, you must check the product and decide whether to keep it. If you do not like the product, returns or exchanges are not possible. The delivery company\u2019s job is only to deliver the product, and they will not wait for you to test items like battery-operated gadgets, which may need 3 to 6 hours of charging before proper testing.<\/p>

                If there are any issues with the product, please contact us directly. You must record a full unboxing video upon receiving the package at your home.<\/strong> This video will serve as proof in case any items are missing or incorrect. If the wrong product is delivered, we will replace it at our expense.<\/p>

                Return Policy:<\/h3>

                Products with warranties (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, 1 year) can be returned if a fault is proven within 7 days of the invoice date. Please send the product to us using a courier service like Sundarban Courier, Pathao, RedX, eCourier, or Steadfast. (Note: Please do not send it through SA Paribahan, as their office delivery service is not available. This could cause delays in solving your issue.)<\/p>

                Before sending the product, ensure that all items received with the product are included, and pack everything securely. Please avoid taping the product box. If the box is missing, wrap the product in paper and tape it well for safe delivery. Improper packaging may result in non-acceptance of the return request.<\/strong><\/p>

                Exemptions for Returns, Exchanges, Warranty, and Refund:<\/h3>

                The following cases are exempt from return, exchange, warranty, or refund:<\/p>

                • Products with physical damage or burns.<\/li>
                • Products with damaged seals or stickers.<\/li>
                • Products that have been tampered with or used inappropriately.<\/li>
                • Accessories such as chargers, adapters, or gifts offered free of charge.<\/li>

                    Delivery and Return Timeframes:<\/h3>
                    • We take up to 72 hours to process each order, but we strive to hand over the package to the courier as quickly as possible.<\/li>
                    • For Dhaka city deliveries, products are typically delivered 1 to 3 days after being handed to the courier.<\/li>
                    • For deliveries outside Dhaka, it may take 2 to 5 days for delivery.<\/li><\/ul>

                      For returns, after the product reaches us, it will take 5\u201315 days to inspect the item and find a solution. The product will be shipped back to you once resolved.
